The hanger solves this problem by presenting folding and converging arms, similar to a bat folding its wings as it hangs upside down from a tree. The hanger folds and opens with the assistance of two magnets that serve as central axis. When opened, the hanger is locked in place (geometric lock) as a result of the weight of the garment that hangs from it.
